Jah’zmin is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Brooke Harris, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor.  Jah’zmin has extensive experience working with students and athletes in their academic, vocational and personal growth. Jah’zmin sees therapy as a place where you can come to make sense of what is affecting you and start to explore your thoughts and feelings in a space that feels comfortable and safe.

Jah’zmin believes the best approach to mental health treatment incorporates all aspects of wellness, including physical, social, emotional and spiritual. Her approach invites you to get curious and explore how to be in the world in authentic and meaningful ways.

The areas she specializes in are anxiety, attachment, adjustment difficulties, depression, grief, identity development, multicultural issues, relationship issues, and stress. She believes the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important elements of therapy so building connection and trust through holding space for you are central themes of her work.
